Order online and collect in store from our Irwin's Megastore stores in Midleton or Dungarvan, in just three easy steps.
Step 1 - Click
Add your item(s) to your online basket in irwinsmegastore.ie.
Step 2 - Choose Pick-Up
Next select ‘pick-up’ as the delivery method.
Please email support@irwinsmegastore.ie and let us know which store you would like to collect your order at.
Step 3 - Bring your Confirmation
As soon as your order is ready we will send you an email to let you know. Please bring this with you when you come to collect from the store.

1. What do I need to bring to collect my order?
The following is required upon collection of all orders:
- Photo ID (passport, driving licence, Garda ID).
- Credit / Debit card that was used to purchase the product(s).
- The email confirming that the product is available for collection.
2. What store can I collect from?
You can collect your order from Irwin's Megastore in Midleton or Dungarvan. Please email us (support@irwinsmegastore.ie) with your preferred collection store.
3. Can I use click-and-collect for large household appliances?
Yes, you can order any of our products, big or small, for collection.
Please ensure you have the correct type of vehicle for transporting your order from Irwin's Megastore. For larger items (TVs, fridge freezers etc) you might need assistance from a friend to help you carry your order.
4. How will I know when my order is ready?
When your order is ready you will receive an email from Irwin's letting you know. This is the email you bring with you to collect your order.
5. I think I selected delivery instead of click and collect - can I change it?
